Ball joint
Part No CAC 9937*
Lower ball joint for many Jaguars from the 1960s onwards. This is the 4 bolt mounted Lemforder ball joint and is extremely strong. There are pattern parts available but the Lemforder unit is the recommended fit due to the quality. Pattern versions of this ball joint do not have the longevity or quality of construction and can wear out very quickly. Whilst this balljoint was only introduced in the 1980s it is a very high quality replacement for the earlier shimmed version. When using this to replace the early style of balljoint ensure the upper bearing/boot locator is knocked out other wise it is impossible to fit.
