Side sills
Part No RG 080
ABS Side Sills for Jaguar's (steel-bodied X100) XK8 and XKR models - styled to match the Racing Green nosecone. These sills bond to the original sills of the car below the door shut line. Their primary purpose is to make the car appear as though it is running closer to the ground than it actually is. The styling includes a meshed aperture, which is a (dummy) air intake for brake or final drive cooling and also features a lifted line to the rear of the door apertures which serves to link the side sills visually to the Arden Mk II rear fairing. This last item completes the full bodywork conversion for these XK8 and XKR models.
