Replacement electronic distributor for most 6 cylinder XK engined cars. This distributor replaces most 6 cylinder distributors that were used in 3,4 litre, 3,8 litre and 4,2 litre "XK" engines. This distributor offers 16 different advance curves that can be selected via a small switch. This allows for very easy fine-tuning your engine. The distributor also offers these important advantages:- Simple installation without mechanical adaptations. Smoother engine torque curve. No maintenance Variable dwell angle to prevent low speed overheating of ignition coil and make a better spark at all speeds. Better starting. Better emissions. Better fuel consumption. No burning out of the ignition coil (after stopping the engine power is cut to the coil after 1 second!). Built in LED for simple static ignition timing. Vacuum advance facility
